We do not store payment details. All financial transactions are processed by your chosen third-party provider (Bank Transfer, PayPal, Credit Card) outside our systems.

We delete order metadata after fulfillment unless legally required to retain.

Activation Window
Plans must be activated within 30 days of purchase. If the eSIM/QR code expires unused, you may request a credit or refund within this window.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
- Processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Technical Issues
If activation fails due to device incompatibility or carrier restrictions, we offer a full refund or transfer of credit to another plan—provided evidence is shared with support.

Even without an active plan or credit, all mobile devices on NZ networks can call 111 for emergencies. Keep your device charged and accessible.
Spam Prevention
We strictly prohibit the use of our services for unsolicited commercial messaging (spam). Violation of this policy results in immediate suspension without refund.
